Children up to age 19 with documentation of an IQ below 70 or a qualifying diagnosis of Down syndrome, Prader-Willi, Fragile X, or fetal alcohol syndrome qualify. Caregivers would receive at least $800 in respite reimbursement from ALR between now and Sept. 15. Caregivers may apply online at .
