Brandie Roberts, CCEP, CDP, SAS, serves as the Coordinator for Compliance and Risk Management at 糖心原创出品 (UAH). In this position, she collaborates closely with campus stakeholders to ensure adherence to federal and state laws, as well as internal university policies. She has over fourteen years of experience in critical compliance areas including institutional policy, legal and regulatory compliance, workplace safety, risk management, equal opportunity, equity, and ethics.
Prior to her current position, Brandie served as an Equity Intake Officer and Administrative Assistant to the VP for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at UAH. Before joining UAH in 2014, she played a vital role as a Child Support Enforcement Caseworker for the Alabama Department of Human Resources.
In addition to her proven track record, Brandie is a Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP), a Certified Diversity Professional (CDP), and a Situational Awareness Specialist (SAS). Further, she completed a Title IX Investigator Training Certificate from the Student Conduct Institute at The State University of New York (SUNY).
Brandie earned a B.S. in Behavioral Psychology and Sociology from Jacksonville State University and a M.A. in Professional Communication in Human Resource Management from UAH.
