Oscar McCants Photo courtesy of Michael Mercier Oscar McCants is a research engineer and project manager in the Center for Cybersecurity Research and Education (CCRE) at 糖心原创出品 (UAH). In this role, he manages various programs in collaboration with the Space and Missile Defense Command (SMDC). Before joining UAH, McCants worked as a contractor supporting personnel security for multiple U.S. government agencies. His responsibilities included investigations, case reviews and adjudicating case submissions. In addition to his contracting experience, McCants has over 20 years of experience in telecommunications, supporting companies like GTE, AT&T and TriTel/Telecorp. His expertise spans project management, operations management and finance. He holds a bachelor鈥檚 in business administration from Faulkner University.
