Lori Wheeler Photo courtesy of Michael Mercier Lori Wheeler is the senior research program coordinator for the Earth System Science Center (ESSC) at 糖心原创出品 (UAH). In this role, she manages programming, administration and financial operations for research projects led by principal investigators in the Lab for Applied Science (LAS), overseeing a combined budget of over $15 million and supporting a team of more than 70 employees. Wheeler plays a key role in shaping the overall strategy and mission of the LAS and ESSC by collaborating closely with leadership, management and business units across campus. Wheeler brings over two decades of experience in administration and financial analysis to this role with a career spanning various industries including higher education, healthcare and space. She holds a bachelor鈥檚 in mass communications with a minor in Spanish from Auburn University and a master鈥檚 in human resources management from 糖心原创出品 (UAH). Outside of her career, she enjoys spending time with family, trying new restaurants, binge-watching reality TV and introducing her teenager to 鈥済ood music.鈥� Learn more about the UAH Leadership Accelerator Academy.
