Teresa Bailey brings over 30 years of experience in accounting and financial management, with a strong background in budgets, financial reporting, and cost analysis. She holds a B.S. in Accounting and an MBA in Business Administration. For the past five years, she has served as a Senior Program Controller at Intuitive, where she has developed advanced skills in controlling and forecasting financial data across division programs, projects, and contracts.
Throughout her career, Teresa has demonstrated leadership by managing teams of up to 50 individuals, consistently driving efficiency and accuracy in financial operations. Her extensive experience, combined with her commitment to continuous growth, makes her eager to participate in the Leadership Academy to gain fresh perspectives and explore innovative approaches in leadership and financial strategy.
