Kevin Fuell is a dedicated educator and instructional designer with roots in the Midwest and a strong foundation in Christian faith. He holds a B.S. in Aeronautics from Miami University (Ohio) and an M.S. in Atmospheric Science from Purdue University, along with a private pilot鈥檚 license. Kevin began his career as a meteorologist with NOAA, where he developed a deep understanding of earth and atmospheric systems.
His professional journey evolved into education and user engagement, supporting NASA Earth Science through the University of Alabama in Huntsville (UAH). In this role, he has contributed extensively to the Short-term Prediction Research and Transition (SPoRT) Program, focusing on the development of web-based training designed to help operational users apply cutting-edge remote sensing and modeling technologies.
As the lead for SPoRT鈥檚 training initiatives, Kevin has gained substantial expertise in instructional design, product assessment, and stakeholder engagement. His work has been widely recognized, and he is frequently consulted for his insight on effective training development and user-centered approaches. Over time, his career has transitioned from a focus on physical science to a passion for empowering others through education, training, and the practical application of scientific data.
