Michelle Gray is a seasoned Talent Acquisition Partner with over 15 years of experience in human resources and recruitment, including a strong background in both government and government contracting sectors. She holds a Bachelor鈥檚 Degree in Human Resources Management and a Master鈥檚 Degree in Business Administration, which complement her hands-on expertise in talent strategy and workforce development.

Michelle began her HR journey as an Onboarding Specialist, quickly earning a promotion to a recruitment role just six months later. That early transition sparked a passion for talent acquisition that has driven her career ever since. Since December 2019, Michelle has served as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at COLSA Corporation, where she leads recruitment efforts for key contracts including MSIC, ITPA, and Corporate Business functions.

In addition to her core responsibilities, Michelle also spearheads COLSA鈥檚 Summer Intern Program, overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle and playing a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of professionals. She is particularly committed to fostering diversity and inclusion, developing targeted recruitment strategies to help the organization meet its diversity goals.

Michelle finds great fulfillment in helping students and recent graduates gain meaningful, real-world experience鈥攚hether they build their careers at COLSA or beyond. Her passion lies in guiding emerging talent toward career paths that align with their goals and potential.
