Early in his journey, he was fortunate to be mentored by Vernon Webb, whose guidance played a pivotal role in his development and helped him rise to a managerial position even before completing his degree. Throughout his career, Kris has transitioned across several companies, consistently embodying the values instilled by his mentor.
