User Experience Program (UX) The User Experience (UX) Program at 糖心原创出品 is an interdisciplinary program that prepares students for careers as UX researchers and designers. The program is housed within the College of Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences (CAHS), but involves courses from several departments throughout the university. User experience refers to a user鈥檚 engagement with a product, technology, or service. According to usability.gov, 鈥淯ser experience (UX) focuses on having a deep understanding of users, what they need, what they value, their abilities, and also their limitations.鈥 For a product to develop a positive user experience, it must meet actual users鈥 needs, help users fulfill their goals, provide a usable interface, and evoke positive emotions. In the past two decades, UX has become increasingly central to the success of businesses and organizations.
